What to wear?

We want to ensure everyone who joins us is comfortable. We recommend loose comfortable clothes, t-shirts, sweat shirts, trainers or sports shoes.

we also recommend bringing a blanket for relaxation at the end of any of our movement and dance sessions.

Please book early as places are limited to 10 maximum (not including carers needed for support or personal care) or a maximum of 5 people on courses for people with profound and multiple disabilities. All our classes are suitable for people who use a wheelchair or have limited mobility.

Fees are paid 4 weeks in advance for all sessions. To ensure a place on one of our courses please pay in advance as places are limited and are given on a first come first serve basis. If you need any additional support from your carer please phone us to discuss this. Carers attend free of cost.

Our prices are:
£10 for 1 hour Classes.
£20 for 2 hour Classes.

Direct Payments
Are you eligible for direct payments from Adult Social Care to cover your fees?
If you are eligible for social care support, you may be able to get direct payments to pay for your sessions.
